We welcome new board members to CarpoNovum AB

At the Annual General Meeting on June 11, 2025, Otto Drakenberg and Lars Johansson were confirmed for another term on the board, and two new members were elected. We are pleased to introduce and welcome the following individuals to CarpoNovum:

Fredrik Mattsson is an experienced professional in medtech and life-sciences with previous executive roles in Vitrolife and Gambro and Board assignments in a number of companies, including Xvivo Perfusion, Medcap, Vitrolife and Devyser Diagnostics. Fredrik will bring industry experience and expertise in business development and funding to the Board. Fredrik is currently Chairman of the Board of Takura and Alder therapeutics.

Tom Øresland professor emeritus at the University of Oslo has been working as a colorectal surgeon for almost half a decade. Tom has published extensively in the fields of colorectal surgery with special interests in inflammatory bowel disease. He has a broad international network within the European Society of Colorectal surgery and is an elected member of the International Organisation for the study of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. Tom has also been involved in the development of surgical innovations.
